TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The colouring method/tecnique will be determined with the Trainee/Stylist during your consultation. Allour work is bespoke and tailored to each individual client and so the price will be quoted after a one-to-one consultation to establish your needs.

PRICES FOR COLOUR SERVICES INCLUDE
A BLOW DRY

• New clients for Colour or Keratin Smoothing Treatment require a face to face consultation and a 50% deposit will be required to book the appointment.

• We cannot carry out any services in our model workshop on children under 16 Years old.

• It is not possible to carry out any services while you have small children under your care.

• If you wish to move or cancel your appointment, we will require 48 hours notice.

• We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of £22-£55 if you cancel or move your appointment within 48 hours of appointment time.

• Artisan may change or cancel you appointment at any time.

• Artisan holds no responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged during your visit.

• Artisan does not guarantee any services carried out at the model workshop.

• Artisan reserves the right to refuse to carry out any services at any time.

• Artisan may advise you to book in with a high level stylist if we feel that your request is beyond the ability of person booked to carry out the service.
