New clients requiring colour* or a Keratin Smoothing Treatment will require a consultation and a 50% deposit when booking an appointment.

If you wish to cancel or move an appointment, we require 48 hours notice.

We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of £20 to £55 if you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time.

Colour prices vary according to time allocated and products used.

Technical prices do not include a cut or finish.

We want our clients to enjoy and have a pleasant experience while visiting our salon so for the comfort and respect of all our clients visiting our salon we kindly ask that:

• Small children must be supervised while in the salon.

• No hot takeaway food to brought into or consumed in the salon.

• If you use your phone/tablet to watch social media or video’s while in the salon, please use earphones/pods.

• When taking or making calls please do not put your phone on speaker.
